Please remember that Interfacing is NOT regular fabric. We cannot stuff 48"-68'' wide Interfacing yardage into an envelope or just toss it into a box or bag ...because it would arrive ruined and unusable. We take every step we can to get your interfacing to you both carefully packaged and in the most economical way possible !
Shipping Charges are based on the volume of your order (how much space it will take up in the box), and the average weight of what you order.
Less than $5...for Orders up to $15
Less than $6...for Orders from $15.01 to $30
Less than $9...for Orders from $30.01 to $45
Less than $10...for Orders from $45.01 to $65
Less than $12...for Orders from $65.01 to $124.99
FREE SHIPPING for USA ORDERS of $125 or more
*** DELIVERY: Orders are filled Monday through Friday. We can usually get your order on its way to you within 2-3 business days after the date of purchase....unless extremely high order volume delays order processing (see below). You will be notified when your package has been shipped.
During SALES and COUPON Offers-- Because of increased order volume, please allow us 4 to 6 Business days (after date of purchase) to fill and ship your order. You will be notified when your package has been shipped.
Orders are usually shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders over 12 yards of 48"-60" interfacing, Very Bulky Orders and orders over 10 yards of 66"-68" Interfacing are usually shipped by FedEx.
SALES: Orders during a Sale are limited to STOCK ON HAND, Back-orders are not possible at the sale price. Sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to previously sold merchandise, and we cannot pre-discount for upcoming sales. Sale prices cannot be extended beyond the Sale ending date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Providing Superior Customer Service is very important to us! If you have a question or problem after receiving your order, we will happily work with you to resolve it.
We do not usually accept returns or exchanges because all Interfacing is custom cut to the buyer's specifications and other products have been specifically chosen by the customer.
